Privacy Policy

We adopt a common sense privacy policy, where we keep your personal details confidential and only allow authorized third parties to access the minimum necessary to complete your business with us.

Data collection

We only collect data that is necessary to facilitate your business with us. Specifically, depending on the level of business we have, we may collect the following information: internet browsing data (cookies and usage data), first name, last name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and order history.

Data storage and retention

We store all of your data securely in Switzerland. The majority are stored on the servers of our hosting provider and some data may be stored on our own systems. We will keep your data for as long as your account is active or until you request their deletion.

Data sharing

We provide your name and shipping address to the labels from which you order products. We don’t not share any other personal information with the labels.

If paying by credit card, the information you provide on the payment form (cardholder name, credit card details, and postcode) are transmitted to our payment provider, Stripe. We also collect this information, although not the CVC number and only the last four digits of the credit card number.

If paying by invoice, any details you provide in the payment transfer may be transmitted to us and our bank, ZKB.

Depending on your choice of cookie settings, we may share a limited amount of anonymised data with Google for analytics purposes and a limited amount of anonymised and/or personalised data with Facebook for marketing purposes. Your cookie settings can always be adjusted from the bottom of this page.

Other than the situations described above, we do not share any personal or anonymised data with any third parties.

Communication

We will only ever contact you via email unless otherwise agreed with you. We will keep the communication limited to that which is necessary to facilitate our business with you. We aim to send out a newsletter at most once per week, but may send it more often on a temporary basis. You can unsubscribe from each of these lists at any time in your account or directly from an email.

Labels will not contact you other than delivering your products. Any necessary communication between you and a label shall first go via us.

Data deletion

You can send us a request to delete your account and all associated data at any time. We will delete your account and associated data within two weeks of your request or within two weeks from the date of delivery of your last ordered item. No claims for refunds or exchanges will be accepted once all your data is deleted.

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience as well as for marketing. You can manage which information we may collect and share with immediate effect at any time.
