This guide applies to vegetables and fruits from Switzerland and the neighboring region. When an item’s color fades from dark to light grey, it indicates that it is only available at either the beginning or end of the month. The numbers refers to the month (i.e. "5–10" means "available from May to October"). This chart was originally made for the book 54 true facts.
